Venetian Terrazzo – Between tradition and bespoke precast
- Venetian excellence since 1870.
Since 1870 we have preserved and evolved the art of Venetian Terrazzo. Today we combine the artisanal knowledge of traditional Terrazzo with advanced precast technology, bringing exclusive surfaces designed to last for generations to projects around the world.
Choosing Cancian means working with a historic company that has transformed a centuries‑old craft into a contemporary design system.
Each floor is conceived as a unique architectural project. We do not produce standardized slabs – we create tailored surfaces that become part of the building’s identity.
Customization
Every slab is designed according to colour, aggregate size, texture, finish and pattern. Custom sampling allows architects to verify the final aesthetic result before production begins.
Craftsmanship and Heritage
Our roots date back to the mid‑nineteenth century. We continue to keep the tradition of Venetian Terrazzo alive, transforming every project into a surface designed to endure over time.
Precast Innovation
Large-format prefabricated slabs preserve the aesthetic richness of traditional Terrazzo while reducing construction time and complexity.
Reliability and Technical Support
We support architects and contractors from the design stage through installation, coordinating design, production and technical assistance to minimize risks and ensure consistency.
